Do my credits roll over?

Your HobbiHopp membership will automatically renew on the same day each month at midnight, and any remaining credits expire at 11:59 PM on the day before your cycle renewal day, except as otherwise stated below in our rollover policy.

How It Works

For example, if your cycle renewal day is the 11th each month, plan to book and attend reservations for that cycle before the 10th at 11:59 PM to ensure use of credits. Booking next cycle reservations will deduct from your next month's credit count — not the current month's — so be sure to use up your current month's credits before your renewal date to optimize your routine!

Our Rollover Policy

We understand your routine can vary month by month and the importance of flexibility, so we offer credit rollover. Generally, so long as you remain an active HobbiHopp customer on a monthly plan, we'll rollover any unused credits that you've purchased up to the number of credits in your upcoming plan — every month.

Example

If you're set to renew on a 45 credit plan, and you did not use any of the 45 credits you purchased in a given month, you can roll over 45 credits into your next subscription cycle and you'll have 90 credits in your account at the beginning of the new subscription cycle.

If you are set to switch to a 27 credit plan, up to 27 unused credits will roll over.

Important Notes

  • Rollover Limits: If you're set to renew on a 45 credit plan and purchased 50 additional credits but didn't use them, only 45 out of 50 will roll over to the next cycle. Any credits that don't roll over will expire.
  • Minimum Rollover: If you switch to a plan lower than 10 credits, you may still roll over up to 10 unused credits per month.
  • Trial and Promotional Credits: Trial credits and any credits you didn't purchase do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your sign-up process. Different rollover policies may apply to other promotions, as communicated by HobbiHopp.
  • Account Cancellation: If you cancel your account, all remaining credits will be forfeited on the last day of your membership.
